NEXT CRIMINAL SESSION

13 Cases For Hearing

Thirteen trials are set down for hearing at the quarterly criminal session to begin in the Supreme Court on Tuesday. It is expected that Mr Justice Adams, who is to retire from active work on the Bench next month, will preside at the opening week of the session and Mr Justice Macarthur at trials during the second week. The session will last at least three weeks. Fifteen persons—four women and 11 men—will be arrainged for trial.
