Froth May Go To Stud
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) MELBOURNE, April 17. The New Zealand stayer, Froth, a disappointing third to Tulloch in the Autumn Stakes yesterday, is to be returned to the Dominion and retired to the stud, according to Melbourne racing writers covering the Sydney autumn carnival. They said Froth would not race again. The mare’s owners are reported to have rejected an offer of 10,000 guineas from a South Australian buyer for Froth.
