RIFLE SHOOTING
Christchurch Club
The Christchurch Rifle Club fired the fourth two-range competition at Tai Tapu, with 10 shots each at 300 and 600 yards. R. E. Taylor shot consistently, with 48 at 300 yards and 47 at 600 yards, both scores out of a possible 50 at each range. He also won the prize for top off the rifle. G. Crimp, the runner-up, also shot well at 600 yards when he put on 47 also. Scores were:— 300 600
