Franklin Not To Stage Inter-Island Events
(Neu; Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON. Sept. 22.
The Franklin association has notified the New Zealand Table Tennis Association it wishes to withdraw from its commitment to stage the 1960 inter-island men’s and women’s events.
The national executive decided last night to offer the contests to the South Taranaki association.
