Development Fund Idea Supported
Press Association —Copyright) LONDON, September 22. Finance Ministers from 10 Commonwealth and seven colonial countries meeting in London today supported the idea of a new international development association to make low-interest loans to underdeveloped countries, conference sources reported. The proposal for such an association had been made originally by the United States. It is one of the subjects to be considered at the meeting of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund in Washington later this month.
