Investments with the Totalisator Agency Board for the three race meetings on Saturday were £272,107 Aftei deducting the amount handled by the Franklin Trotting Club, which was an additional meeting on the corresponding day last year, this year’s total shows an increase of £3799 ss. Details of individual meetings on Saturday were as follows: Thames On-course: £43,800 10s; up £O9B Off-course: £98,094 ss; down £12,472 Marton On-course: £53,943 10s; down £2968 10s. Off-course: £99,052 10s; up £11,992 ss. Ashburton On-course: £36,100 10s; up £4436. Off-course: £74,960 ss; Up £4278 10s. Off-course substitutes on Saturday were:— Thames: The Answer. Marton: Modernise. Ashburton: none required.
