Club Awaiting Thaw Before Recovery (New Zealand Press Association) INVERCARGILL, July 17. The Southland Aero Club decided tonight to leave its Auster aircraft in the Lammerlaw range until a thaw in about 10 weeks’ time. The plane was forced to land on a flight from Ranfurly to Invercargill last Thursday. The aircraft is not seriously Only the perspex windscreen is cracked and one wheel damaged.
