DUKE OF KENT IN ITALY
Tyrrhenian Coast Holiday (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) 'Rec. 9 p.m.) ROME, August 18. The Duke of Kent and Princess Alexandra sailed along the Tyrrhenian coast yesterday, the British United Press reported. Both the Duke and Princess Alexandra were guests of the Marchioness Malenchini-Nicolo in her villa near Castilion della Pescaia, Italy. Accompanied by the young son of their host, Marquis Nicolo Puccinelli-Malenchini, the Duke and Princess Alexandra sailed on board the Velella, a 24-foot cutter owned by Count Gianni Guicciardini. The Duke and his sistefr were expected to leave this morning for Ansedonia, a Tyrrhenian coast village 50 miles away, where they will be guests of Marquis Alfreao Gerini in his large villa. The Duke and Princess Alexandra are expected to visit the ruins of the ancient Etruscan town of Cosa —deserted since the sth Century A.D. They are to return on Tuesday to Villa Demidoff, at Pratolino. near Florence, to meet their mother, the Duchess of Kent, who returned there yesterday.
