PAPANUI ROTARY CLUB
The newly-organised Rotary Club of Papanui has been granted a charter by the board of directors of Rotary International The president of the club, which has 25 charter members, is Mr H. M. Reid, chief engineer of the North Canterbury Catchment Board. Mr B. M. Mclntosh, manager of the Christchurch branch of the National Bank of New Zealand, is secretary. The sponsor of the new club is the Rotary Club of Riccarton. Mr
T. C. Williams, of Riccarton. serves as special representative oi Rotary District Governor, Mr Malcolm Leadbetter, of Oamaru.
