The side walls are Sen plywood and the proscenium is of darker-coloured grooved ply. The portal-frame structure has a height of 25ft at the ridge. This picture shows tubular-steel seating still packed after its arrival. The architects were Messrs J. G. Collins and Son and the builders were F. C. Cole Construction Company.
