Crown Sections Used For Parade

All the houses in the Parade of Homes are built oh Crown sections. This is a great advrntage to purchasers of houses in the exhibition.

Purchasers do not have to pay cash for the sections. The land may be taken on a 33-year renewable Crown lease or a 10 per cent, deposit may be made, with the balance payable on an instalment basis.
