Schoolboys’ Tour Of Britain

(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 5.

Twelve schoolboys will leave Wellington on Saturday for a sponsored two-month tour of Great Britain. The leader of the party is the head master of the Napier Boys’ High School (Mr H. A. Henderson). He was appointed by the New Zealand branch of the Overseas League, which has sponsored the visit. The boys include lan Hooker (Christchurch Boys’ High School), John Lindsay (Timaru High School), and John Fox (Waitaki Boys’ High School). The boys will arrive at Southampton on April 9. They will be billeted in private homes, and excursions to points of interest will be arranged. They will return to New Zealand about July.
