Three Air Force jet planes today successively broke coast-to-coast records from Los Angeles to New York. A Navy Crusader set the previous record of 3hr 22'min last July. The first plane, a Voodoo, set a record of 3hr 17min 34.25ec. Two minutes later a second Voodoo improved that time, and then a third jet set the record of 3hr smin 39.25ec.
