Womens Cricket Test To Begin Tomorrow

yyiTH a succession of drawn two-day matches behind them, the members of the touring English women’s cricket team will take the field at Lancaster Park tomorrow for the first threeday match of their tour, the first test. The match will have additional interest from being the first to be played on Lancaster Park since it was top-dressed at the end of the Rugby season. The matches against the North Island, Canterbury and South Island sides have shown that there is little difference in ability between the players of the two countries.
