TRAFFIC OFFICERS’ POWERS
The legal officer of the Transport Department has prepared an opinion on the power of local body traffic officers to pursue offenders over the boundary into another authority's area. It has been sent to the Heathcote County Council but is not available for publication until the council meets on January 25.
