QUEEN TO VISIT CHANNEL ISLES
(N.Z Press Association—Copyright) ST. HELIER (Channel Islands), January 15. The Queen and the Duke oi Edinburgh will visit the Channel Islands next July in the Roya* yacht B -itannia. it was announced today. The Royal party will visit Jersey, Guernsey and the neighbouring islands of Alderney and SarK.
The Queen visited the islands as Princess Elizabeth, with the Duke of Edinburgh in 1949. King George VI toured the islands soon after their liberation from the Germans in 1945. There will be a Royal visit to Denmark in May
