INTERNATIONAL FORCE
Sir,—When an anti-internation-alist policy is offered to the public, its purveyors are immediately classed as fascists or reactionaries. These labels come readily to the lips, as they are fed to the public continuously in the neverending quotations of the Russian leaders. No doubt they are very good words and when used in their originally limited scope they fulfil their tasks admirably, but the Communists use the words unceasingly in explaining away any resistance offered to the progress of communism. Obviously, these words are part of the International Communist propaganda machine, so surely it is frightening to most readers to think that they are unconsciously absorbing Communist (and therefore worldgovernment) propaganda to the stage where they can think of no other explanations for natural nationalist actions and opinions.— Yours, etc., B. H. COLLINS. January 10, 1957.
