HOLIDAY TIME MEANS NYLON If you’re travelling over the holidays you will naturally be planning your holiday wardrobe TLat is when nylon becomes so important. It’s so easy to pack, wrinkles are no worry and it can be washed and worn again in a very short time. Remember, however, that white nylon tends to yellow in strong sunlight so should not be hung in direct sunlight to dry. If white nylon does become yellow gentle bleaching will restore the original whiteness. Makers warn against strong bleaches but a safe bleaching solution is 2oz of Clor-O-Gene to a gallon of water. Rinse thoroughly after washing. Clor-O-Gene is obtainable at all stores and a pamphlet giving many uses of this wonder fluid is obtainable by writing to Clor-O-Ge’- ?
