CHRISTCHURCH FRENCH CLUB

Miss K. M. Gresson was elected an honorary life member at the annual meeting of the Christchurch French Club for her many years service in the teaching of French literature and culture to pupils of Christchurch Girls’ High School. Mr G. Troup l presided at the meeting.

A collection of £lO was made for the Alliance Francaise for its work in furthering appreciation of French culture.

The evening’s programme was arranged by Miss L. Dewepne. Mrs Moffatt, and Mr and Mrs Antoine Arts.
