DECREE NISI GRANTED

In a reserved decision given in the Supreme Court yesterday Mr Justice Hutchison granted a decree nisi to William Thomas Marriott, who petitioned for divorce from Lena Marriott on the ground that they had lived apart for not less than seven years and were unlikely to be reconciled. The petition was heard on October 14. when Mr R. A. Young appeared for the petitioner Marriott. His Honour reserved his decision after hearing the evidence and submissions by counsel.
