CHRISTCHURCH HOMBBUIUtERS MAY BE FACED WITH CONSIDERABLE DELAY IN SEWER CONNEXION
The Christchurch Drainage Board views with great concern the possibility of delays in its expansion plans due to shortage of funds. To keep pace with the rapid growth of the City, the Board must advance its major reticulation schemes with the greatest degree of urgency. Important contracts cannot be let unless the Board can be assured that funds will be available. While work at present in progress can and will continue, the issue is in doubt regarding future plans. The £550,000 Christchurch Drainage Board Loan is designed to assist in advancing these plans and you can invest in your own future by taking out 4 per cent. Debentures over an attractive 10-year term. This is a trustee security. Debentures are issued m denominations of £lOO, £5OO, and £lOOO. Full details can be obtained from any member of the Stock Exchange, any Branch of any Bank, or from Secretary, Christchurch Drainage Board, 198 Hereford street, Christchurch, P.O. Box 406. —Advt.
