QUEEN 29 YEARS OLD

(Rec 11 p.m.) LONDON. April 21. Prince Charles and Princess Anne were up earlier than usual this morning to hand over birthday presents to their mother. The Royal children know today is the Queen’s real birthday, although it is officially observed on June 9.

For weeks, Prince Charles and Princess Anne have saved their small weekly allowance so they can surprise their mother with presents. The Queen will spend net twentyninth birthday quietly at Windsor Castle. The Duke also has the day free of engagements. The Queen Mother and Princess Margaret will attend a family luncheon party.
