STORM DAMAGE TO GLASSHOUSES
OPERATION OF INSURANCE COVER (From Out Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, August 11. Glasshouses insured under fire policies received the benefit of storm damage cover under the Earthquake and War Damaga Act where a storm resulted in a disaster of abnormal and unforeseen nature and of extraordinary and widespread effect, said the Minister in charge of the State Fire Insurance Office (Mr W. H. Fortune), replying in the House of Representatives today to a question by Mr H. R. Lake (Government. Lyttelton).
