NEW PARLIAMENT IN PERSIA
(Rec 8 p.m.) TEHERAN, March 18. The Shah today opened Persia’s new Parliamentary session, the first since Dr. Mussadiq was overthrown. He said in a speech from the Throne that he hoped the oil problem would be solved according to the Constitution and the laws. . . _ The Shah said that Persia s foreign ■policy would be friendly relations with all nations, based on the United Nations Charter. He drove to .Parliament through streets lined with troops and cheering crowds.
