y* Brevet Club.—One hundred and 30 members attended the annual meeting of the Brevet Club (Canterbury) in Christchurch this week. Officers elected were: president, Mr H. Stuart: vice- * presidents, Messrs R. Harrison. A. Hickjnbothari; secretary-treasurer, Mr D. Cookson: committee. Messrs T. Caldwell. L. C. Woodward, L. Turner, W. JE. Adams. H. Baty, A. MacDonald. During the evening an address was given by Mr A. I. Guild on the wartime Work of the Long Range Desert Croup.
