U.N. Complaint To Be Investigated (Rec. 11.40 p.m.) SEOUL, October 12. The United Nations Command announced today that Major-General Blackshear Bryan, the senior United Nations delegate of the Military Armistice Commission forwarded an urgent request to the Neutral Nations Commission to investigate the alleged importation by the Communists of combat aircraft in violation of the armistice agreement. This is the first time the Allies have officially charged the Communists with reinforcing their air strength in North Korea.
