NEGLIGENT DRIVER CONVICTED

£2O FINE AND LICENCE SUSPENDED FOR YEAR (From Our Own Reporter) TIMARU, August 28. Albert Henry Baughen pleaded guilty in the Magistrate’s Court at TJmaru today to a charge of driyina negligently at Washdyke on April w. thereby causing injury. He was. convicted and fined £2O, his driven licence was suspended, and he was hibited from obtaining another for • period of one year. Mr E. A. Lee. S.M.. was on tne Bench.
