Danish Writer Arrested.— West Berlin police today said that they had arrested a Danish writer, Arthur Boernsted, on suspicion of working for the ■Soviet secret service. The Berlin thilt Boernsted asked a White Russian living in West Berlin to work for Russian secret service agents. Boersted was handed over to United States special investigators Berlin, August 2Z.
