Bookmaker Finer £2oo— For bookmaking, Denis Lionel Farrell was fined £2OO by Mr H. Jenner Wily, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court at Papakura yesterday. It was Farrell’s second appearance on a - bookmaking charge in four years. Defence counsel said Farrell resumed bookmaking three months ago, when a hand injury prevented him from continuing his work as a truck driver.—(PA..)
