(a) On such land classified in Class “A” a rate of .1 pence in the Pound. (b) On such lands Classified in Class “B” a rate of .09 pence in the Pound. (c) On such lands Classified in Class “C” a rate of .0825 pence in the Pound. 3. ELLESMERE RIVER DISTRICT RATE. A separate rate as set out hereunder on the Capital Value of all rateable property in the River District of the former Ellesmere Land Drainage Board Area as is contained in the Paparua County. (a) On such land classified in Class “A” a rate of 1.52 pence in the pound. (b) On such land classified in Class “B” a rate of 1.28 pence in the pound. (c) On such land classified in Class “C” a rate of one penny in the pound. BY DIRECTION OF THE CHRISTCHURCH TRANSPORT BOARD: A separate rate of .3974817 pence in the pound (made up of general rate .0507740 pence in the pound and special rate of .3467077 pence in the pound) on the Capital Value of the rateable property appearing in the Valuation Rolls of that portion of the Paparua Cdunty in the Christchurch Transport District.
