(Rec. 10 p.m.) NEW YORK, June 23. The British Foreign Secretary (Mr R. A. Eden), who underwent an operation on his bile duct two weeks ago, is expected to leave the New England Baptist Hospital, Boston, some time next week. His plans call for a preliminary convalescence of three or four weeks in the United States before returning to England. "We have every confidence that he should be restored to full strength am health,” the hospital said.
