THE CORONATION

Sir,—Why have "Not Ex-Britfth” and an earlier correspondent interred by their nom-de-plume that “Ex-Russian Convoy" is a Communist. It shows an astonishing ignorance. My son can claim to be an ex-Russian convoy man and is a loyal member of the British Navy. Soviet Russia was our ally in the war and British Navy and merchant ships were the Russian convoys. —Yours, etc., June 23, 1953. (“Closing Thought" may briefly reply; otherwise, this correspondence is closed.—Ed.. “The Press.”!
