Such rate shall be for the period commencing on the Ist April, 1953, and terminating on the 31st March, 1954, and shall be payable .14 days from the demand thereof in one sum at the office of the Board, Talbot Chambers, Beswick street, Timaru, and further, that an additional charge of (10 per cent.) ten per centum will be added to all such rates unpaid at the expiration of six months and fourteen days from the demand thereof.
