NEW EVIDENCE TO BE PRODUCED WASHINGTON, May 21. The national committee “to secure justice in the Rosenberg case” said today it was turning over new evidence to President Eisenhower raising doubts that Ethel and JuliUs Rosenberg, who are convicted atom spies, should have been convicted for treason.

The Rosenbergs are in Sing Sing prison under sentence of death. President Eisenhower has rejected their appeal for clemency.
