CHARGE OF POSING AS DOCTOR
ACCUSED REMANDED IN CUSTODY (New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 9. John .Alexander Archer Gibbs, aged 29, described as an English journalist, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court today on charges of posing as a doctor, obtaining £lOO by false pretences, and supplying false and misleading information. A third remand to April
16 was ordered by Mr H. Jenner Wily, S.M. On the application of Senior Detective J. B. Finlay, bail which had earlier been granted was revoked. Mr K. C. Aekins represented the accused.
