ROYAL WEDDING IN LUXEMBOURG

Luxembourgers, crowding the Station square here today, cheered and waved to Princess Josephine Charlotte, sister of the King of Belgium, when she arrived for her wedding tomorrow with the Crown Prince Jean. The Princess was accompanied by her brother, King Baudouin, her father, the former Kang Leopold, and her stepmother, Princess de Rethy. Prince Jean travelled with her from the Luxembourg frontier. Princess Margaret, who was to have represented Queen Elizabeth, will not attend because of Court mourning for Queen Mary. Luxembourg expected 150,000 visitors for the wedding. The'civil service will be held at the Palace and the religious service in the cathedral, when there will be a two-mile procession through the city and a fireworks display at night. The guests will include almost all of Europe’s remaining Royalty.
