£5592 HANDLED BY . BOARD

(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, October 22. A total of £5592 15s, after investments on scratched horses had been deducted, was handled by the Totalisator Agency Board to-day on the Wellington Racing Club. Waikato Hunt Club, Waverley Racing Club, and Auckland Trotting Club meetings. The win and places investments were £3BOB 10s and doubles investments £1984 ss. The Feilding agency of the board handled £2642 ss, and the Dannevirke agency £1405. Win and place investments, doubles, and the totals for the four meetings handled by the board, given in that order, are as follows.—Wellington, £1549 10s, £559 15s, £2109 ss; Waikato, £698 10s, £615, £1313 10s; Waverley. £1237 10s, £791, £2OlB 10s; Auckland, £123 10s, £2B, £l5l 10s. The off-course doubles substitutes were:—Wellington, Keith; Waikato, Lay By; Waverley, Medieval Song; Auckland, Au Revoir.
