CHANGE IN PLACINGS OF HORSES
About £6OO was paid out to supporters of Lady Philway after the Waikuku Hack Handicap at the North Canterbury Racing Club's meeting yesterday although that mare, officially, did not finish in the first three. Lady Philway was second to finish, three lengths behind Desperado, and Bh « was half a length in front of bane, E? SjS&P”" “ d ■“« An inquiry was held after the race and it was found that Lady Philway had caused interference to Dissenter near the finish.
