DAIRY MARKETING COMMISSION
MR H. E. BLYDE SUPPORTED
FQR MEMBERSHIP (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 30. The Dominion dairy conference today supported the renomination of Mr H. E. Blyde, of Lepperton, Taranaki, as the industry’s nominee on the Dairy Products Marketing Commission.
Mr Blyde has been a member of the commission since its inception, but his statutory term has expired and the Dairy Board is required to nominate a panel from which the Government will make an appointment. Mr Blyde and Mr D. G. Begley have* been named for the panel. They addressed the conference to-day, and a vote was taken in which Mr Blyde won the support of the conference.
