PEKING RADIO’S ALLEGATIONS

U.N. SAID TO HAVE PLANNED ATTACK (Rec. 11 p.m.) TOKYO, August 26. The Peking radio to-day quoted a spokesman for the North Korean and Chinese delegations at the Kaesong armistice talks as saying that an attack had been planned on the Kaesong neutral zone by United Nations’ f °rees to sabotage the cease-fire talks. The spokesman referred to ViceAdmiral Turner Joy’s report on the alleged incidents which preceded the Communists’ suspension of the negotiations.

The spokesman claimed that Admiral Joy's report twisted the facts and was contradictory. He alleged that an unidentified aircraft which Admiral Joy said flew over Kaesong was a plane from the United States sth Air Force.
