Bruce Huon Palmer and James Shankland iun., were each fined 20s for.being unlawfully on the licensed premises of tne Excelsior Hotel. BREACH OF PROHIBITION ORDER George Moera Crawford (Mr C. V. Lester), aged 22, was fined £2 for procuring liquor during the currency of a prohibition order. CIVIL CASES (Before Mr F. F. Reid. S.M.) JUDGMENT FOR PLAINTIFF Horton» Bidwell and Company, Ltd., was given judgment against F. C. Platt for £6 for damages done to plaintiff firm s car by a truck driven by an employee of the defendant. The firm claimed £lO 0s 6d. holding that the damage was caused by the negligence of the defendant’s employee.
