Thomas Francis Commons, a fitter. •fed 35, of Christchurch, was fined £l5 in the Magistrate’s Court at Timaru this morning on a charge of being intoxicated vniM in charge of a motor vehicle early ® Sunday morning. His driver’s licence * as cancelled, and he was prohibited ffom holding another for a year.- Messrs G. Chisholm and H. G. Naylor, Jusof the Peace, were or the Bench.
