CHRISTCHURCH CLUB The Christchurch Yacht Club sailed a series of class races during the week-end in a strong easterly wind over a windward and leeward course. Skippers found the conditions difficult. The starting time was 2.15 p.m. There was a light northerly breeze. MOUNT PLEASANT CLUB The Mount Pleasant Yacht Club held the final heats of the Hutchinson and Cowper trophies during the week-end in moderate to strong north-easterly winds. Results:— Third Heat, Hutchinson Cup.—Corjano (R. Lapworth), 11 per cent., 56.306 min, 1; Phantom (R. Cowper), 11 per cent., 56.423 min, 2; Nike (M. Willyams), 8 per cent., 56.568 min, 3; Flicka (J. Hewitt), 13 per cent., 57.103 min, 4. Cup points are: Enterprise (D. Milner) 59, Phantom 50, Flicka 48. Third Heat, Cowper Trophy.—L.X. (N. Jones), 12 per cent.. 50.59 min. 1; Enterprise (D.
