COMMUNIST PARTY TO DEMONSTRATE
(Rec. 9 p.m.) BRUSSELS. Feb 26. The Belgian police say that plans have been discovered for a Communist demonstration against Mr Churchill at a public meeting dt the United Europe Movement in the Brussels Bourse to-morrow. . The Belgian Communist Party proposes to marshal 2000 demonstrators outside the meeting while 250 determined Communists inside try to disrupt proceedings.
