CADETS TRAINING AT BURNHAM

After inspecting the secondary school cadets in camp at Burnham, Lieutenant-Colonel T. C. Campbell, General Staff Officer, Grade 1, Army Headquarters, and Major G. F. McCulloch, chief instructor at the Army School of Instruction at Trentham, returned to Wellington by the steamer express last evening. There are 24 officers and 287 cadets in camp. To-morrow they will be addressed by Brigadier C. E. Weir, Officer Commanding the Southern Military District, and the cadets will march past Brigadier Weir. They will leave on Saturday for their homes in various parts of the South Island.
