DECISION RESERVED IN THEATRE APPEAL An appeal by the Inspector of Awards against the decision of Deputy-Judge Stevens, in which he had dismissed a claim brought against Christchurch Cinemas. Ltd., for alleged breach of the Canterbury, Marlborough, and Wellington Front of the House Employees’ Award, was heard in the Arbitration Court ♦yesterday before Mr Justice Tyndall and Messrs W. C. Prime (employers’ representative), and F. C. Allerby (workers’ representative). For the appellant Mr G. F. Grieve appeared, and Mr R. P. Thompson appeared for Christchurch Cinemas, Ltd. Decision was reserved.
