GRATITUDE TO CHlNA.—Former prisoners of war from the Australian 8th Division have established a fund to bring Chinese nurses to Australia for post-graduate study on care of children. The scheme is an appreciation of the help given to prisoners by Chinese in Malaya. These nursing sisters are among the first to attend Australian children’s hospitals for training.
