NEW BISHOP OF WELLINGTON.—The Rt. Rev. R. H. Owen, the new Bishop of Wellington, and Mrs Owen being interviewed by reporters on their recent arrival from England. Bishop Owen was consecrated in St. Paul’s pro-Cathedral, Wellington, yesterday morning, and he will be enthroned at a service to-night.
