India’s trade boycott, South Africa is planning a factory at Johannesburg at a cost of £500,000 to make 15,000,000 jute bags "a year. Equipment is awaited from Britain. The Controller of Jute Bags (Mr N. G. Kenney) said there was every possibility that India would never again regain control of the South African jute bag market which she had before imposing sanctions.
