U.S. CREDITS TO FINLAND
(Rec. 7 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Jan. 22. Following loans of 40,000,000 dollars in 1945 and 1946, the United States has granted Finland further credits totalling 32.000,000 dollars to assist in the restoration of the country’s lumber, pulp, and paper industries, and to finance purchases of American food.
